Civil Division

The Civil Division is responsible for many cases filed with the Jersey County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. All civil cases start in the Jersey County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. The division collects and disburses payments for various civil fees. Below is a list of the types of cases handled by the Civil Division:
