Registration of Rabies Vaccination (received from Veterinarian) must accompany fee at time of payment. Payment of dog(s) is as follows: (payment collected is reflected on your certificate)
Fee Schedule: For dogs 4 months of age or older (dogs must be registered within 30 days of vaccination to not receive a late fee as outlined below)
$ 5.00 Spay or Neutered Dog
$15.00 Non-Spay or Non-Neutered Dog
$25.00 Late Fee over 30 Days
$50.00 Late Fee over 60 Days
REGISTRATION OF CATS IS NOT REQUIRED, at this time
